Thinking of Internet Copyright of Searching Engine

This paper briefly introduces laws and regulations on Internet copyright and reviews the process of protecting Internet copyright of searching engine.After these,it analyses the possibilities of Internet copyright infringement of searching engine,points out the weaknesses of measures taken nowadays and thinks of ways to strengthen searching engine’ s internet copyright protection.
