Malfunction identifying and modifying of dynamic traffic data

This paper described the method of malfunction identifying of dynamic traffic data and data-processing procedure with respect to the type of data malfunction, such as omitting, reverting and modifying. All of these can provide accuracy and credible input information to prediction model of traffic states. The result indicates that the methods are feasible, especially, data-modifying resolves the problem of later data-processing brought by data-missing. 2 tabs, 6 figs, 8 refs.
