Study on Prefilter and Balancing of Biorthogonal Multi-Wavelets

For common biorthogonal multi-wavelets system,a simple definition of balancing of order is proposed,and the prefilter theory is introduced to biorthogonal multi-filter banks.Based on Hermite Cubics,it explains the prefilter process and obtains new biorthogonal multi-wavelets with balancing order 1.
