Suggestions on Amending Official Document Forms of Governnmental Institutions

The official document form of national institutions has been on trial for more than one decade.It has produced a markable effect on guiding and standardizing the official document writing.But some defect is also found in the practice,and its necessary to do some amending work.This essay raises a propsal on promoting the situation of expressive item, adding or erasing some form items,altering some names,redefining classifications,amending or filling up the annotations and so on.
