Study of selective acknowledgement algorithm

The Sack algorithm is extensively investigated in the paper, we analyze several problems about Sack in details, simultaneously delve into slow start and delay acknowledgement. At the same time, we propose an improved Sack algorithm, and give some constructive solutions in order to pave basis for further research. Finally, the research fields on TCP/IP congestion control in the future are also proposed in this paper.
