State Grid Corporation of China started the first-degree deployment in order to enhance management and control,and reduce investment cost and maintenance workload.First-degree deployment scheme is the guiding document.This paper introduces the architecture and application integration scheme of first-degree deployment.Application effects prove that the first-degree deployment scheme is reasonable and practicable.It has reference significance to other application businesses.
