The Copyright Issue of the Copyright in the Construction of Library's Characteristic Database and Strategies

The copyright issue has become the main factor that restricts the development of library's characteristic database.Through analyzing the copyright issue involved in the construction of characteristic database,and on the basis of the applicability of relevant laws,this paper puts forward some solutions for solving the copyright issue in the construction of characteristic database.
