The Characterization of Spectra of Real Hankel Matrices

In 1991 K.R.Driessel posed the following problem in [1],that is Problem A: Characterize all n-tuples of real numbers which can serve as n-tuples of eigenvalues of some real Hankel matrix of order n.Miroslav Fiedler had given one necessary condition for such spectra in [2].In this paper,by using V.Neumann inequalities we make further perfection for this problem and give several necessary conditions for Problem A and generalize partial results in [2].
