Influence of initiation ways on killing probabilities of intelligent mine warhead

To enhance the killing probabilities of intelligent mine against tank,based on the simulation on the formation of multiple explosively formed penetrator(MEFP) of intelligent mine warhead by LS-DYNA finite element software,MEFP formation rule under explosive loading adopting both the center and multile-point initiation ways were analyzed,the killing models of MEFP intelligent mines under the actions of two initiation ways were set up,the simulation programme of intelligent mines attacking tank top armor was compiled,and the killing probabilities of intelligent mines against targets in different initiation ways were obtained.Results show that the influence of initiation ways on the killing probabilities of intelligent mine warhead is correlative to the MEFP warhead design,so that suitable EFP number of the intelligent mine warhead at different target distance should be designed,and that the killing efficiency of intelligent mines will be enhanced by corresponding initiation ways.
