Comparational Research on Antibody Titers of O Type Blood Serum of Physialogical Saline Solution Medium Techinque, Microplate Technique, and Microcolumn Technique

Wang Quangli · Science Technology and Engineering · 2006

To compare the reliability, economical and accurately of the three methods, Physiological Saline Solution medium Technique (PSST), Microplate Technique (MPT), Microcolumn Technique (MCT) to testing antibody liters of O type blood serum, and choosed a best way to test samples in scores. Tested the same group of samples the three ways are used. There is no coherence between the three methods, PSST has the lowest sensitivity and cost. MCT is the reverse, MPT has a better stabilization and lower cost. It is conclused that MPT is suit to test a great lot of samples' antibody titers.
