Research and implementation of WS-Security in Apache Axis1.1

SOAP has been the underlying communication basic of web services and WSS, an extension of SOAP protocol, used forimplementing integrity, confidentiality and authentication of SOAP message. Apache axis, open source code software, has implementedSOAP protocol in java platform. A security model was presented based on WS-security and the message process mechanism of apacheaxis1.1 was analyzed, and then how to implement the model in apache axis1.1 was also researched.
