Law Generation and Applications of Unsteady State System Based on Random P-sets

Based on the concept of packet sets(P-sets),according to the random characteristics of element transfer,the concept of random P-sets is proposed.We give the concepts of P-date law generation,the reduction-dilition theorem of P-date law,the reversion of P-date law and the discernible theorem of P-date law.The applications of unsteady state system are discussed.
