Fast Multi-frame Motion Estimation Algorithm for AVS

DIA is a good search algorithm in AVS video coding,but there are still shortcomings of computation-intensive.In order to reduce the amount of computation to improve the coding efficiency,a new diamond search algorithm is proposed aimed at two frames have been encoded as reference frames for AVS encoder.The experiments show that encoding speed is improved significantly with the optimized algorithm in the premise of ensuring the quality of video.
