On the Legalities of Temporary Works Reproduction

The growing popularity of exploitation of works on networks makes temporary reproduction an important issue with theoretical and practical value. According to whether to reuse the temporary copy, temporary reproduction can be divided into two categories,i. e. the temporary copy is not reproduced or communicated does not belong to reproduction,the temporary copy is only perceived does not belong to reproduction.
