Design and Implementation of SOAP Transmission Library Based on JXTA

Recently,P2P,which totally gets rid of the architecture of client /server,gradually becomes a hot topic in distributed computing.The thesis of the paper is to introduce the most-up-to-date technology-Web Services into P2P, hoping we can run Web Services on the P2P network.Web Services over the P2P platform have many advantages upon Web Services over the client/server.On the other hand,introducing Web Services technology into P2P field makes it easier to invoke service within the P2P network.We use JXTA and Apache Axis to implement a project called Over JXTA Network(i.e.Project SOJN).Project SOJN enables the application to send SOAP over the JXTA pipes and the JXTA peer to process SOAP message including invoking a Web Services with the Axis dynamic invocation interface.
