The manufactue technology and formula of NaClO oxidizing corn starch adhesive are introduced. And influence of oxidizer, alkali, dryer on the properties adhesive are discussed, by a few various examinations on dying, the best dryer is acquired, it can make decrease drying time of the adhesive by a half.
