In intelligent surveillance-alarm system, how to improve its accuracy and convenience of alarm is very important.Because the solution of using the technology of GSM can solve the problem above well,an surveillance-alarm system based on GSM have been designed and implemented. The principle, the structure, the functions and the key technologies about the surveillance-alarm system are introduced. The result of experiment indicates that this system has some advantage such as low-cost,reliability and so on.Furthermore it is also valuable for the research and application of other surveillance-alarm systems.
