Tunnel Hour Traffic Volume Forecast Methods Based on Neural Network

This paper makes use of the strong study ability, emulation ability to the nonlinearity system of the neural network and the network tool box of the artificial nerve, to build up the pattern of tunnel traffic volume forecast, does a research to the methods of the tunnel short-term traffic volume forecast .The result makes clear that the pattern has been trained can nicely forecast the next-term tunnel traffic volume , its accuracy can completely satisfy the request in fact. Using the neural network to make tunnel traffic volume forecast has advantages such as easily pattern building up, the high accuracy, associating to remember etc.
