MPEG-7 Standard apply in producing film cartoon

During the process of producing the cartoon films,it can appear different kinds of materials.If we can reuse this materials,they will reduce much investment for producing cartoon films. Before finding the materials quickly,we must find a way to search them.In this paper,a method is proposed to retrieve the scene of cartoon films with the domain color and color layout in MPEG-7 standard,and a experiment system is given at the end.
