Principal Project Management Practice of Real Estate Project——Project Information Communication and Management

Professional companies are commissioned to implement real estate project management, and developers focus on the pre-development and marketing, which is a new attempt of operation and management for real estate companies. The authors are commissioned by a real estate company to implement the whole process construction project managent of a residential project. This paper introduces some experience about content, management system, communication channels of information communication and management in this project.
