Sector Capacity Assessment Based on Improved Dynamic Density

According to the problem of sector capacity assessment in the air traffic management,the paper defines sector capacity's concept and the key for assessment.It analyzes airspace dynamic density's concept,establishes the improved dynamic density assessment model,and assesses sector dynamic capacity method based on the proposed model.Finally,the example has confirmed the practicality and validity of the result.
