A study of psychology of PSC testers and PSC 'soft standards' adjustment

As the psychological state of PSC testers affects directly the objectivity of test results,attention must be paid to the psychological factors that lead to the testing judgment 'soft standards.' This paper focuses on psychological characteristics of the testers,and analyzes such psychological factors as perception,attention,emotion,character,and other characteristics in order to find out ways of avoiding grading mistakes caused by 'soft standards'.
