Proper Homomorphic Image Of Completely 0-simple Semigroups

Abtract: This paper first gives a new characterization of proper congruences on a completely 0-simple semigroup with normal Rees matrix representation S = M0 [G;I,Λ;P].Then it proves that any proper homomorphic image of a completely 0-simple semigroup is also completely 0-simple and gives their Rees matrix constructions.
