The executable code generated by SDT tools can only be simulated and validated in a SDT environment. In order to build a complete target application, the executable code is integrated with the operating system that is the target of the application.A detailed introduction of the three integration methods provided by SDT is given, and a comparative study of the three methods with respects to their scheduling latency, performance and interaction with the operating system are conducted.User can select a suited integration method according to the characteristic of the application and the operating system.SDT recommends using the threaded integration method, unless there are specific technical reasons to prefer one of the other integration methods.
