On the Fraud by Mobile Phone Short Message and Its Countermeasures

With the development of mobile phone short message service,fraud by SMS has also arisen frequently.The spread of SMS fraud has not only seriously violated people's property rights,but also infringed social economic order.In order to prevent and curb SMS fraud effectively,it is urgent to strengthen supervision and crackdown,establish and perfect the real-name system for mobile phone number and the real-name system for saving.What's more,we should enhance propaganda and education and make comprehensive management.
