Water environmental monitoring data based on business requirements is found in the watering related departments.Between departments,information barriers and sharing poorly is due to the problem of the monitoring data ineffective.On the base of researching the status of the network construction in all levels of environmental protection departments and other watering related departments,advanced computer technology and information technology,the water environment monitoring data exchange platform and system is to build and monitoring data sharing is to implement for decision-making of environmental protection services.The key technologies in the process are analyzed to ensure the feasibility and practicality of the building of the water environment monitoring data exchange system.
