In this article, cloud gravity center way is used to evaluated the effectiveness of armored and mechanical force. Firstly. this paper introduces the cloud gravity center steps, then, another method of AHP is used to resolve the problem. Finally, the θ is used to weigh the deflection degree between the system and perfect state. The Matlab software is used to explain the effectiveness evaluation of the armored and mechanical force. this process is feasible and simple, and it provides a good way for effectiveness evaluation of the armored and mechanical force.
