Curve measurement in RE follows an important principle that the density of collected data points should be varied in accordance with the change of curvature.The paper presents a curves measuring plan based on fractionalization of curve circumscription and the technology for dispersed point interpolation based on feature analysis.The curves can be reflected accurately with the least number of points.This technology can be applied in all kinds of curve measurement and interpolation,and with which the quality of curve (interpolation) can be ensured.
