"Hard" regulation and "soft" infiltration of academic journal standardization——Based on Lawrence Lessing'Norm Theory

Given the abnormal operations of academic journals,their standardization is in sore need of reflection.Based on the Norm theory of Lawrence Lessing and Spinello,this article puts forward,from physical structure,government laws,market regulation,community standards and ethics,multidimensional paths for academic journal standardization.While using three types of hard regulation: starting online contribution system,signing copyright transfer agreement,regulating the imbalances of market supply and demand,two soft infiltration are to be obtained by making self-discipline pact and carry forward the virtue of humanity and intellectuality.
