A method to determine space-time sampling matrix

After analyzing the basic characteristic of space-time sampling matrix in digital video,the(paper) presents an effective method of establishing digital video stream,which combines the practical image system scanning and sampling structures and explores multi-calibration.As an example of applications,we give an integrated structure distribution and corresponding parameters of digital video stream and propose a transferring method for two digital video streams,which proves the practicability and validity of the method of multi-calibration.
