The article describes the significance and necessity of water-saving information and discusses how to construct the perfect management system of water-saving irrigation information in the irrigation area.It introduces the basic structure and content of the information management system,the transferring run-time system,the public water system,the run-time monitoring and management system,the telemetry management system,the irrigation water forecasting system,the decision support system.
