Construction of Customer Service Center System Based on CTI Technology

From advanced techniques of CTI,combining the concrete fulfillment,an customer service center system is designed.The system makes full use of several functions of communicate network and the computer network to make it an integral whole of the comprehensive information service system together with the enterprise.This paper focuses on the customer service center system components,the main function and the realization of the Customer Service Center and realizes the call control and media processing eventually.
