Survey of FPGA Design Security

FPGA has become a significant component in modern electronics system design,which are widely used in communication,graphics,cybernetic,computation,etc.Since more and more systems implemented their core design in the FPGA platform,the security of FPGA design and intellectual property protection is becoming increasingly important.How to build up a security system to protect FPGA codes has been taken into great consideration in large-scale product designs.In this paper,we explained various security schemes of FPGA and then discussed FPGA design security.
