Analysis and Ponder on the Service Quality of our Government Web Sites

There has been a great development in the construction of Government Web Sites since 1999 when the Government Online Project was carried out. But it is still at the period of start-up observed from the current situation. Almost all the government web sites remain in a state of information promulgation and query. In this paper, the problems and causations in the service quality of our government web sites were analyzed and some useful strategies were proposed based on the current situation of government web sites construction and the viewpoints of the public.
