This paper introduces the concept and features of agent technology and applies it to constructing a basic frame for a distance educational intelligent learning guiding system.It provides agent structure drawing and its automatically generated flow chart for learning guiding tactics and self learning programmes and expounds its overall designing thoughts and intelligentized features.The paper points out that applying agent technology to distance educational network is of significance in settling the issue of heterogeneous computing environmental harmony, realizing motivated intelligentized information service and rendering learning guiding service with specified,anticipated and somewhat individualized characteristics.
