In this thesis,based on methodology of software engineering,a management system for textile international trade enterprises based on.NET has been designed and implemented according to the current situation of the textile international trade enterprises repre-sented by small and medium enterprises.It is inquisitive about database memory processes in multi-tiers architecture.The system is pro-grammed with C # and Visual Basic.Net language,built on Microsoft.Net 2005 Framework Platform with SQL SERVER 2005 as database server.
