Discussion on the Copyright Profit Balance Mechanism of the New Media Based on Revenue Sharing Contract

Based on the analysis of the business mode of digital copyright of the new media industry,this paper builds up the revenue sharing contract of copyright owner,spreader,and user to analyze the profit balance mechanism.It proposes a new way to reconstruct revenue balance mechanism with the method of economics,game theory and quantitative analysis.
