Research of Fault Diagnosis System of Hoist Based on Rough Set

According to the problem of the traditional fault diagnosis expert system knowledge acquisition difficult, fault diagnosis method based on rough sets is proposed, and its application in fault diagnosis system of mine hoist. Using rough set theory from the contain redundant information in the field gathering data, obtain the concise and effective diagnostic decision rules, and injected into the repository, as the expert system knowledge acquisition module input, to solve the fault diagnosis expert system knowledge to obtain the bottleneck problem. The result of test show that using rough set to obtain simple rules is effective and reliable.
