Biodynamic analysis of basketball shooting skills based on 3-D view analysis

By utilizing the literature method,observation method and biodynamic analysis,the shooting skills of basketball athletes are analyzed based on the 3-D videos,and the characteristics of the movements of athletes' knee joints,hands and the motion of the ball are investigated.It is demonstrated that as long as the relationship among the coordination of the exerting of upper and lower limbs,the height and angel of shooting hands and the movements of shooting the ball is well balanced,the hit rate of shooting will be greatly improved.The conclusions obtained from this study will provide the theoretical instruction for the coaches and athletes in the basketball teaching and training.
