Analysis for Human Factors of Air Traffic Controll Unsafe Events Based on Gray Correlation

Use the gray correlation method,the unsafe event of civil aviation air traffic controll unsafe event is analyzed systematically. For a case study of the that ATM Bureau,the main reason of ATC unsafe event is the communication between pilots and contollers. And the theoretical basis is refined and improved traffic systerm safety management targeted practical significance.
