Research and Application of Test Configurations in System Design

For system testability design,the test interface should naturally be on the systematic location.How to open out logical essential characteristics is important.By the normative system structured analysis method which is called data flow diagram,and in the term of system testability view,locations of the test interface are generally divided into three test configurations,which advantage and disadvantage are analyzed.
