Effect of computer precision on mesh size of random field

Positive definiteness of correlation coefficient matrixes of approximate random field is investigated.The upper limit of random variables of exponential decay model is induced,considering the range of variables in person computer.Similarly, the square exponential decay model is studied by numerical method.The results demonstrate that the size of minimum mesh increases with increment of coefficient of correlation length.Meanwhile,the size of minimum mesh of square exponential decay model is larger than that of exponential decay model.
