Research on Grid Division and Encoding of Spatial Information Multi-Grids

This paper introduces briefly the achievements on global grid research firstly,a new method of grid division is proposed along with several extended method to fit for various research domains.At last,the author expounds the encoding strategy of grids and the conversion method between grid code and coordinate.
