Application of Genetic Algorithm for Solving the Multiple Destination Routing Problems in Communication Systems

The Multiple Destination Routing(MDR) problem is one of fundamental problems in modern communication service.It can be formulated as finding a minimal cost tree that contains designed source and multiple destination nods so that certain constraints in a given communication network are satisfied.Compared genetic algorithm with the traditional algorithm,we find that using genetic algorithm can get satisfactory result.
