Speed sensorless vector control technology can effectively improve the reliability of AC drive systemand reduce cost of the system. Core of the technology is how to obtain the speed of the rotor accurately, and feed it backto the speed closed-loop control. An improved referenced self-adapting speed estimation method of the vector-controlledinduction motor drives was introduced. The shortcoming of general voltage model′s inaccurate observation at low speedwas overcome. In addition,in order to eliminate the influence of interference,anti-noise processing was carried out forthe model. The system simulation by using PSCAD shows that the method has well control effect at low speed and hasstrong robustness.
