Design and Implementation of EQS ACL Compiler

EQS system is a general data analysis system developed by Professor Peter M.Bentler and his workgroup in UCLA.The users of EQS are not always the computer science professionals,programming in traditional language is too discommodiousness for them to devote their mind in daily research.A compact,flexible language with sufficient arithmetic operators has been necessary.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the algebra calculating language ACL,which meets the expectations of the users of EQS.
