Analysis and Evaluation of Risk In the Government Agent System Projects Based on BP Neural Network

The Engineering Project Authorized Management(EPAM) is a brand new and efficient mode,separating investment,construction,management,and use.This paper mainly analyzes the risk sources of the Government Agent System project.Three feed-forward neural network model was builded according to the adjustment of BP neural network to the weight and threshold.After the system training and the input data,risk estimate factor as a output data can be used as basis for decision-making.and it provides a new idea combinating with modern method to the government investment project.
