Discussion on the Market Access System of Navigation Electronic Map Production Enterprise in China

This paper analyzed the developing general situation and management system of navigation electronic map market of foreign countries. It also introduced the developing status and existed problems of navigation electronic map market in China. On the basis of the analysis,it discussed the necessity of the implementation of market access system of navigation electronic map industry in China.
