Research on the key technology based on international standard electronic chart display

Based on the international standardization study of electronic charts and a lot of technical practices, the authors propose a schema for electronic chart display information system (ECDIS). It is obvious that this solution realizes the platform of ECDIS with independent knowledge property right. It totally accords with many international standards such as S-57 and S-52 established by IHO, A.817 and A.694 established by IMO. It cannot be denied that this schema has made a stable foundation for our country's ECDIS with independent knowledge property right.
