Selecting Prediction Model for Sea Mobile Communication

This paper analyzes background and applicable conditions of Okumura-Hata and Longley-Rice models, and combines Matlab simulation with test data, points out the limitation of Okumura-Hata model. And educes it that is veracious to select Longley-Rice model in special sea environment.
